BIBI GULAB KAUR-Indian Freedom Fighter Painting is a watercolor portrait which is a tribute to the pride of Our motherland ( a part of our tribute to classic heroes series). Moreover, it is a tribute to the unsung heroes of Indian Freedom Struggle movement.
Now vanished form our minds, Bibi Gulab Kaur was a revolutionary yet unsung hero of the Indian struggle for independence. Gulab Kaur joined the Ghadar Movement, founded by Indian immigrants. This organization aimed to liberate the Indian territory from British Rule. Further, she helped to supply arms to more such organizations to retaliate against the British. Moreover, Gulab Kaur encouraged others as well, to join the Ghadar Movement. She did so by spreading Independence literature and delivering inspiring speeches to the masses.
These contributions might not seem relevant but these were the building blocks of the true independence movement of the country. Furthermore, their sacrifices made our lives easier and granted us the boon of freedom.
