How will my painting be shipped/ what are the shipping costs?
-The team ensures that the painting/paintings are shipped safely in a thick protective waterproof mailing tube (frames are not included).
- FREE shipping for all orders PAN INDIA (3-5 business days).
- FREE shipping for all orders Worldwide¬ (5-6 business days).
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Original Handmade Paintings shall be shipped within two working days.
- The customized handmade paintings shall be shipped within fifteen working days.
- Canvas orders shall be shipped within working day or same day if ordered before 9.00 am (Indian time).
Note– Paintings/Prints shall only be shipped after the Payment is done to the studio.

What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our Prime Motive and it is 100% guaranteed.
- No refund policy for Original Handmade Paintings.
- Canvas Prints are eligible for Refund Policy if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 working for a 75% refund on the price of the item.Please note that Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
All prints must be returned to The Official Studio of Gurdish Pannu. Please email us at gurdishpannu@gmail.com prior to a return to avoid additional duty charges. Canvas Prints must be undamaged and packed in the original packaging.
Do you offer framing?
- No, the studio does not offer framing services for the paintings rather it is left to the choice of the customer. Moreover, because of the risk of damages that occur while transporting framed paintings via the postal service, we tend to avoid it. It is advisable to seek an experienced framer in your area.
- The painting shall be shipped with proper installation instructions and displaying ideas for the same.
