Siting on the balcony of her room on last floor of the highest building in downtown Seattle, reminiscent of her beloved comes to her. The crescent moon is shining upon her in the middle of midsummer night. There is a light chilly breeze ruffling through her hair and kissing her on the cheeks. She wants the divine union of her desires to happen as soon as possible.
The moon tells her about the whereabouts of her beloved. She enquires from the night ” does the moon also shines there as bright as it does it here?”. Her gaze falls upon the two birds chirping melodiously on her balcony. She asks them to take her message to her beloved who is sailing somewhere far from here.
The desires of union of a young girl with her beloved are quite apparent by the wetness in her eyes. Closing her eyes she tilts her face towards the gloomy sky and the truth of her emotions rolls down her face. She wipes them away and opens her eyes with a renowned hope, as she knows that the divine union will occur soon. The crescent moon will soon become a full moon in the end.
